This afternoon Dianaihelped me get right to the point of an underlying contributer to my depression. It really was a flash! Afterward, she prepared a "tool" sheet to help me identify what's going on. Later I faced the exact issue that would have really undone me - But - Tools to use and I took a few breaths and went back into the "boxing ring". This time I got beyond the obstacles being presented, and resolved my problem. Whoo Hoo!!!!!Her knowledge coupled with her heart work like no other has for me in the past.
