This was a very nice first meeting my counselor. I have confidence in her skills and ability to assist me with getting to some very deep, long held and suppressed emotions. I have carried these items within my mind and never have addressed them properly to be able to heal.

This afternoon Dianaihelped me get right to the point of an underlying contributer to my depression. It really was a flash! Afterward, she prepared a "tool" sheet to help me identify what's going on. Later I faced the exact issue that would have really undone me - But - Tools to use and I took a few breaths and went back into the "boxing ring". This time I got beyond the obstacles being presented, and resolved my problem. Whoo Hoo!!!!!Her knowledge coupled with her heart work like no other has for me in the past.
